At the moment we roast twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays, and send your coffee to our delivery partners within a few days. Therefore, all orders received up to Monday 5am will be processed for Monday’s roast, and anything received up to Wednesday 5am will be processed for Wednesday’s roast.
For all subscription orders, we use Singpost.
However, you can upgrade your delivery method to tracked courier. For all one-off orders, we send via tracked courier.
Please contact us for international deliveries as we only offer free delivery within Singapore
For standard Singpost deliveries, you should receive your coffee within 3 – 7 business days thereafter. For Express courier option, please contact us by email or whatssap to arrange this same day service.
Orders and returns
Your orders will be processed and delivered within 72 hours and returns will be accepted in the following 3 days.
In case the order doesn’t match the received product, we will deliver and pick up for free. If the customer has changed his mind about the purchase, he will be responsible of returning the product to us.
